Books
Diane has written four books on Greek cuisine: The Glorious
Foods of Greece (William Morrow 2001), which won the prestigious Jane
Grigson Award from the International Association of Cooking Professionals;
The Greek Vegetarian (St. Martin's Press, 1996); and The Food and Wine
of Greece (St. Martin's Press, 1990). Her latest book, Meze-Small Plates
to Savor and Share from Around the Mediterranean (William Morrow) will
be released in June 2003 for which PYLOS will proudly host a book signing
event.
