Join us for an ode to a Grecian Spring: An Artichoke Feast
Unveiling our new spring offerings and in recognition of the upcoming season, PYLOS restaurant and consulting Chef and author Diane Kochilas, has created a five-course menu featuring rustic Greek home cooking solely focusing on the artichoke.
The menu will be paired with Greek wines. Diane Kochilas will be on-site to demo the dishes. Certain artichoke dishes from that menu will then be featured on the PYLOS spring menu throughout the season.
The Artichoke Feast will cost $65 and will be offered in addition to the regular menu the week of March 21st, 2004 (the first week of Spring).
